Work Gear & Apparel
ECC will provide the following items of apparel to each installer: (5) tee-shirts, (1) hoodie, (3) pairs of pants, (2) hats
Employees Responsibility
1. It is the employees responsibility to wear the issued company work apparel each day. If the work appearly is not worn as a visible outer layer, the employee will be fined $25 per incident.
2. It is the employees’ respnosibility to purchase their own work boots or other suitable work footwear and wear these each day.
3. All apparel issued is provided with the understanding that the apparel will last for at least one-year from the date of issue. Should you need replacement items before one years’ time, you will be responsible for the cost as follows:
Tee-Shirts - $25; Hoodie - $45; Pants - $50; Hats - $20
Any employees who is issued company apparel and is terminated (voluntarily or involuntarily) prior to one-year of services shall be charged for the apparel provided at the costs outline above and this amount will be deducted from their last paycheck.
To request additional apparel at any time, you must complete the order form below. If requested prior to one-year of issue the cost will be deducted from the employees next paycheck. If requesting after one-year of issue and the order is approved by your manager their will be no cost to the employee
